Wednesday 7th House cleaning. Looking over looking over old papers. Play cards in the evening. Had a slight quarrel with Mary Harrison. Aunt Mary from Williamsburg with sam and Jenny me

Thursday 8th Unwell all day eat very little. House cleaning. I played baseball in the evening. Perceived the letter from WJ Florence. Besides the letter there was a chord for three seats at Wallack June 10th the writing nan for Friday June 10th it should have then June 9th as the 10th falls on a Saturday. Home and to bed early period Mary Harrison and Hornet to bath park Papa also went. The park opened today a large crowd there. Friday 9th Still unwell eat very little for breakfast and dinner. To Brooklyn on 1.28 summer. Called on RHS 731 Lincoln place. Found him at home extended him an invitation to visit wallichs to see the---------- In the mighty dollar together we called on this in wall stand ask him to form one of our party. Dick And I to Brooklyn played billiards then to his house where they awaited us. we had a nice supper then we went to New York with a coach and drove in style to the theater we enjoyed the play very much arrived in a little late went --------- ----------- acts played billiards when the piece was over intended to drive a coach down again but price was too high. By 3rd Ave car to City Hall caught 5:00 o'clock about by Fulton Street car to 6th Ave walked to Lincoln place bread butter and champagne cider to bed about four the daylight appearing and cocks crowing

Saturday 10th 

I was first up by 8. He left around 9 ½. Dick Then I arose soon arose after paired. we had a nice dinner I loan the dollar and saw the fluences again both Mr and Mrs Florence play very well the characters suit them. They are tolerably well supported. Back to Dick’s I wasted he was out I think he was in. Home on 5 ¾ drummy Mary Harrison and Hornet out in the evening. To bed early.

Sunday 11 Mary Harrison and I became reconciled. To 8 mass Past day quietly played cards with MH friend Hornet on his car. Monday 12th Over old papers house cleaning resumed Mary Harrison quite sick I tried to make myself useful.

Tuesday 13th 

In the evening I called on Mr and Mrs Kirsten the condition of the letter very pitiable named intends leaving America in a day or two I met miss sunisa waters she invited me to call anytime looking over old papers I have thrown away a number posted letter to Mr Wilfrid Harrison. Wednesday 14th Spent all day looking over papers talking to Mary H and arguing things. In the evening there was rain. I walked to wrights. Bought one or two articles. Brought home letters to sister and aunts. Thursday 15th Corpus cristi. I did not go to church spent the day in the house. Friday 16th Nothing important have left too long a time to go by without anything. About the ---- is running table. Kate's husband's away about this time Kate cleaning house. Saturday 11th Ventured out with the intention of calling miss S waters found she was walking in the fields so postponed my visit in the evening.
